Rules and Regulations- Long term camp sites

1. All perspective new residents of Elmore RV Park must have permission by the park owners before moving into the park. All residents must be over the age of 25.
2. No rentals are permitted in the park. All tenants must own the unit they occupy.
3. No additional persons may occupy the unit without the written consent of the park owners.
4. Since the park has no facilities for children, no families are permitted with children.
5. No out buildings are permitted.
6. No contractors are allowed on our property without checking into the front office. This includes Spectrum and AT&T.
7. No wood burning fires at your campsite but you can use a propane fireplace.
8. Only two cars per unit are permitted. (No motorcycles are permitted). All cars must be kept in the parking areas and not in the streets.
9. No large dogs are permitted, and small ones must be kept on a leash when taken outside and cannot be left tied out. Pet owners must clean up after their pets and will be fined $25 per occurrence for failure to do so.
10. No cloth lines or racks are permitted on the lots or patios.
11. All yards are to be kept neat and clean. No debris, trash or unkept items are permitted in the lawns or patio area. Only appropriate outdoor furniture is permitted. $25 fine for unkept lots.
12. All radios and TVs are to be kept low enough so as not to disturb your neighbors. Also, no late parties or disorderly conduct is permitted.
13. The speed limit is 10 MPH and roads are to be shared with pedestrians.
14. The Rent is payable in advance by cash NC check or credit card. No grace periods permitted.
15. Park is private property and only tenants are permitted.
16. Automobile repairs or service on any mechanical equipment is not permitted on the streets or driveways.
17. For tenants staying longer than 30 days, power usage that exceeds $100 will be the responsibility of the tenant. Non payment will result in loss of power.
18. NOTICE OF TERMINATION: This lease shall be extended for successive one‑month periods and all terms and conditions herein shall remain in effect except as may be said by the Leasor/ owner. At anytime, the owner may end your residence at Phil Jackson’s Used Cars and Garage, Inc. dba Elmore RV Park. Tenant waives any kind of grace period for notification of termination of lease. No advance notice of eviction will be given and tenant will incur court costs.
19. By signing below, tenant agrees that these rules and regulations are set in place for the life of his or her residency at 4824 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28213.
